"I had gone through lazer hair removal procedure for my face and I’m extremely disappointed with their services. I have informed the manager - Aisha and the girl who did the sessions - Shimbul, during first 1-2 sittings only that it’s not working and to do it properly but they did not listen, the girl who gave me sessions seemed to be in a hurry always and several times stayed over phone call even during the procedure. Moreover, the room too, had never been ready on time, despite booking it in advance each time. This wasn’t my first time going through this treatment and I know exactly how well it turned out to me previously when I took it from other place but from VLCC. Aisha - first of all is not a good listener and even when she lets you speak a bit she would ignore your concern and will start to say her things which does not even make sense to the other person. I have taken 7 sessions in total from them as a whole package deal and my money got wasted successfully! Very crappy service! I had sent them email per the reply from them and the image about is what they said over email. @VLCC if you do not want to fix it, why did you waste my time by asking to email when ultimately what you did is absolutely NOTHING!!!! If I was to get the same copy pasted apology, I would’ve accepted the apology here only, in the first place, you fools!"
